Hi there, I'm trying to replace a bunch of broken bits in the locking mechanism to my crank style windows. this goes on older commercial windows. they tilt out at the bottom, and the only other moving parts are the hinges.

Hello. I'm looking for a handle used to open a Pella double hung window. The back of the handle has 77V6*000 2 written on it. Truth with 32062 stamped on the top of one arm, and 41011 on the bottom of another. I may also need to know how to remove it--with all 8 screws removed, the plate and gears still don't want to slide out...there's something I don't know and haven't done to slide it out thru the hole in the window fra ...
