Discontinues "Acadia" window from Mathews Brothers, Maine from 2007. Invoice says "Intel" Balance. Upper sash is falling down and will not stay up. Pictures show connectors on both sashes and the code is on the Lower Sash channel. I do not see a code on the upper sash channel. Please advise what par ... (cont.)

Hi, Looking to repair a couple casement window mechanisms. Roto HG05 2006U are on the existing window mechanisms. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Looking for a left and right hand mechanism as well as 6 crank handles.(3-right,3 left). Thank you, Mike

Certainteed new castle xt sliding door, double mortise lock does not lock when closed. Also unable to remove the lock from the door. Have not tried Xtra forceful removal.
