Door is 25 years or older. I really need to get this as soon as possible as it is for my 80 year old mom and she can't lock her door. We have it blocked up with wood. Please let me know what to order for her. ThanksJanice

We are looking for this crank, but have been unable to find something similar.

We have 5 windows which have either worn out or broken pivot lock shoes and coil springs. The windows themselves are in very good condition however hardware is in need of replacement

Keeps the window in its track and is retractable so you can clean outside of windows from inside the house

ThePlyGem track is an upside down T, not an L. It is 5"7" long. I undestand it is not produced any more, because the house was built in 2003. Do you have any old PlyGem track for sliding screen doors?

The black piece fits in the track mounted to the sash. The cranking arm snaps into the black bushing I need several of the black square bushings

The part on the left attaches to the sash and catches the part on the right which is on the end of the spring inside the jamb liner

Can you find the full replacement for the attached sliding glass door locking hardware. Nothing at Home Depot or Lowes works. I'm also looking for window latch handles.

Looking for these retainer clips. Or a part number.
