Cranks are stripped so do not work. Wood casement windows. WRIGHT is written on the arm Arm is 9" total windows installed in 1974

I know which one i need but 2700 on balance but which one do i need 27* thanks

This arm when fully closed is 16 inches

Track #30752A. Arm # R30842. Crank does not close window anymore. Just backs itself out of assembly.

I just purchased 2 replacement spiral balances from you and should have ordered a few more of these. that darn pot metal keeps shearing like in the photo. Thank you

Window lock area leaks water

I'm 80% sure this is a 34" 770 series channel balance with a 1 1/4" shoe at the end. 34C is the stamp on it for the weight. Can you confirm or tell me what I need to replace this balance? Thanks so so much!
