The latch that moves back and forth to lock and unlock broke. Need to find a replacement lock

I would like to buy replacement paarts for my window

Broken arm on a awning style window. Crank mounted to bottom and hang/hinge at top. Stamped June 2005.

This is a strip that is on a set of old crank windows. it pops in and covers a hole to the sides of the the windows

Can you recommend a latch replacement part. My slider will still latch but seems a spring has fallen out and I have to wiggle the handle to get the latch to engage. The inside door latch measures approx 6 1/4 inches high and 3/4 inch wide.

Looking to replace these window latches. Any recommendations? Thank you!

Need a replacement upper pivot for commercial door. Pivot pin diameter is 5/16 inch. Pivot is secured to the upper frame via three phillips screws spaced at 3/4 inch. Unfortunately the lower hinge pivot cannot be revealed because the door frame was installed over the lower threshold which prevents ... (cont.)

I'm looking for replacement storm window parts. The corner keys are broken. They appear to be 3/16" thick on the horizontal direction and 1/8" on the virticle direction. They go to old aluminum storm windows.
