I ordered 20 each item# 39-473 rear mount scissor arm operator 16". I need the bracket that mounts to bottom to the of item# 39-473. The existing bracket holes do not line up correctly. i also need one window lock for the window pictured above. mahalo for your assistance, Anthony. ... (cont.)

Looking for this part that goes on a Single hung Window. It goes on both sides of the Vent Panel. One at the corner of each side as you can see in the pictures. If you can help me please. Thank you.

This spiral balance came out of a 3050 aluminum window. It's about 30 or 40 years old. It's single pane glass, and that's about it. Thank you, Scott

I have two brackets for my sliding patio door but I need more for the door to stay in its frame. The top of the door is not in frame. Its an older door and larger than what they make now.

Hi there, I'm replacing channel balances for 3 windows and your identification algorithm suggests they are series 795 (springs runing in a plain channel). The markings on 2 windows are 32D and the third is 30D. Similar to Home Owner from Knoxville, the balance clip attachment is a hook. I could not ... (cont.)

The windows they belong to are Kasson and Keller.

Interior handle has broken off with only have remaining being held by bottom screw. I would like to order a replacement handle but dont know what parts to take a look at. Can someone help with this? Model number and door info in one of photos.

simonton windows and screens from 2002. Locking clip is broken and looks to be riveted. Do you have replacements or alternatives?

I need some window parts. To me the balance looks the same. This window is a little different than the others. It's curved at the top, but it's the only one with a label. Can you help with this?

Windows are pop out Milgard windows and some of the levers that you latch close the windows have broken.

I see no markings.
