I have a broken window balance and 27405 is stamped on the broken one.

Im trying to find a set of window sash pivots that match this one. There is a left and right side, they are just mirrored. I couldn't find any numbers or names on the parts. Hopefully someone recognizes this one. Thank you for the help.

The latch plate for this door has gone missing (installed in a rental house). I need replacement latch-plate (and gasket?).
