I am looking for a new lock set/latch that you can see has snapped off in these pictures. The house was built in 2011-2012, and we believe they are Crestline Windows that we're purchased from Menards. The little sticker on the inside of the windows says the manufacturer was SNE Enterprise Inc Appr ... (cont.)

I was just asked to look at this. 2 years ago the window was tilted inward and something broke on the left side. I found this pivot shoe unattached in the side track. I don't see and MFG markings on the window frame. I don't know how the window is made up, everything is covered top to bottom of the ... (cont.)

Channel length from end of metal on the left side (in your pic) tot he edge of plastic on the right side (your pic) is 25 3/4 inches. Side stamp says 25 2.

I just received my order. However, the rollers do not fit as they are not the same as my existing rollers. As you will see in the enclosed photo's, I have a plastic spacer that goes between the roller and the door with two mounting screws and a center adjusting screw that screws into a threaded hole ...
