Hello. I purchased this casement in 1992 and it appears that now the worm gear + crank handle interface is broken. The crank goes round and round but no longer engages the worm gear to open/close the window. I can open and close the window only by pushing + pulling it. Do you carry this operator, ... (cont.)

Hi - I wasn't finding the part I needed back in 2016. But I'm looking again. My sliding glass door is 23 years old. Lock switch is loose and doesn't always prevent the door from being unlocked. Looking for a pivot lock shoe for double hung from Lockheed Window (in RI, no longer in business). I had purchased item 15-179 thinking it could possibly be adjusted to fit the track - no luck though, too narrow to try.

I am looking to replace the channel balances in my windows. I do not know the manufacturer of the windows, but I have taken pictures of the balances. The measurement of the balance portion Is 30 inches. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, but I have no existing hardware. I am looking for a specific part to keep this inner door within its rail. As you can see, it swings back-and-forth. I just bought this mobile home, and I am not familiar with specific parts to Showers in mobile homes.

I think it's a single arm Truth. I sent over some pics. Seems like the long arm is like 10 inches long the way they're supposed to be measured. I really don't know but hope you can help.
