The door handle works fine, it is just missing the latch for the door handle. I can't find any door handle like this at local home stores.

Hello, I'm trying to find a replacement part for a standard Pacific home window installed in 2002 by Pacific windows. This is a nylon double roller, grooved.

Looking for a right hand window crank in bronze color. 9.5" arm length. It is a Truth brand with a 45251 on the bottom of the crank part. The arm has a 31850 on it. This is from about 20 year old Crestline window from Menards. Thanks, Steve

How do I know if this is a left or right sash lock.

I just purchased the 15-188 shoe which matched what I removed. The shoe locks in place but once I connect the spring it shots right up. I can also move them by hand when locked with minor resistance.

I am looking to replace the little part in the corner of the window that holds it in place. I think it's called a turn key replacement. I have attached pictures of what I need. Thank you in advance

The handle has a name inside of the cover (TRUTH withwhat looks like a house next to it. The handle and cover. The piece that goes into the assembly on the end of the handle has a scrw and not a gear with a circular guide on the end.

In need of a Pan American window single hung balance the number per the sample I have states 1210 P The actual window was called a Half 32 single hung It measures roughly 12.5 inches long and 1/2 inch wide Please advise if you have these ?

It is the black plastic part on the window hinge side that holds the window in the track.. window is about 20 years old. I think the window # is Jel-N-2:25 Glass Company from Pagosa Springs Colorado broke them and dent the metal around window thanks for your help thanks John
