I think it's a crystal window. Included the tag on the window.

These are balances from Viking windows. Their numbers are at 2640 and 2040.

The latch has the PAT. # 5,139,291 with 7F and 029 markings. Approximately 2.5" x 3/4" x 3/8" thick. Do you have a beige part which will fit my window? Thank you

I am looking for the side bar assembly that includes the steel chase, spring and string with pulleys. I am looking for 4 of these assemblies. As you can see in the last 2 pics, the chase is compromised as it bent when I was trying to reassemble the spring
