The inscription on the channel is 28C BSI. But not sure what kind of shoes would it need. I believe the shoe is broken in our case but the channel seems to be fine.

My channel measure 31 - 1/2" Markings: 31 5 BSI

I need to replace my window balances. The number stamped on it is 86 26-5 ABS CMC. The metal portion measures about 27". I think I need the S380-27 but not 100% sure and I need to know the weight of the window. Thanks, Mark
