The metal clip on the string at the end of the block-and-tackle broke, so I included a photo of another installed balance. The broken channel balance is the right-hand-side of a PlyGem window from 2012. It is 25". If the stamped text is not clear, it says, "25 4 BSI AR".

Hello, I have the attached mechanisms on both left and right swinging windows. Almost all in the house need to be repaired / replaced, so I figure it is easier to just get all new. Can you please let me know which products I should be looking at? Thank you very much!

shower door is jammed and does not close unless forced to close. once closed, have to pull very hard to open.

I have identified that on a number of my windows, the wool pile weatherstripping is a bit overdo for replacement. Are you able to help identity the proper replacement based on this image?

My replacement double hung vinal windows broke the window coil balance. Besides the coil itself what parts do I need? There is a #8 on the side of the shoe (I think it is called).

The inscription on the channel is 28C BSI. But not sure what kind of shoes would it need. I believe the shoe is broken in our case but the channel seems to be fine.
