Changed pivot lock could not find match. Now I need to change pivot bar because lock does not accept circle on end of bar. Need this without circle on end

I have 3 windows with non-tilt spiral balances. The little crossbars pull out of their mounts and the balances pull out their holes at the top; there are no brackets at the bottom - it attaches directly to the sash. The frame is aluminum. Hi, I see the replacement for this is 39-315/39-316. It appears, according to the pictures, that neither of these have ~3.5"x1" connector for me to connect it back to the window. Is there a part for this? Thanks

The storms are about 30years old. We think. The levers on the sides that squeeze inward are mostly broken or missing. The springs that go with them are also needing to be replaced. We can use 30 levers with spring that ago with. Can you help us
