Hello - Looking to replace our window sash lock and keeper. There are no markings on the current ones to identify it. Hello, I am looking for a replacement for this balance for my Andersen window.

I have two different style rods I was needing to 18 of the 26in and 8 of the 17in rods.

Need to replace pins, latches and latch slider parts. Please identify.

Crank still works, but 3/4 to closed, it hangs up. I can then pullk the window in a biut, and the crank with then continue to full closure. Set scre on crank handle is tight. Crank "axle" seems to be loose. I think that several teeth on the mean crank gear are broken.Oliver

No stickers on sashes, jambs, inside or out. No etchings on glass. There is a handwritten number "38132 1H" on each of the lower sashes.
