23 1/2 long, Stamp reads, 23 5 BSI, PFLooks to be closer to 23 5/8" long.

I can't seem to find this style of top sash guide. Help! I am ready to purchase your channel balances (S350-28, option 2760) but need to replace one of the top sash guides.

We lost the keys and we would either like to have a key Tumblr replacement or a whole new handle assembly with lock and keys. Whatever it takes to lock the door again and be able to let myself in with a key.

Aloha, I have 2, 19 year old windows and the channel balances are old, worn and basically slipped out of the track, ut the springs are so tight and rusting, and I need to identify the correct part. The metal channel is 19" long, the ends are winged. The only stamp I see on the channel is 19 ... (cont.)

This is a nylon channel balance shoe or bottom guide. There is the larger upper portion, which is stationary, but there is a lower portion that pivots .
