I'm looking for these parts for a casement window.

5 inch arm with piece that screws to bottom of window. Is handle sold separately? Come to think of it, it appears I have the gear and arm upside down. 10 inch hinge on bottom of window. I believe I need to replace this whole window balance. The part for the tilt in window snapped on both sides. The metal part of the balance is 27.5 inches tall and 1/2 inch wide. Thank you for your help!
