We are looking to replace 4 locks between 2 different windows. We can not fine any information about the manufacturer of the windows as we are not the original owners, but we do know the house was build in 2000. Any ideas about what we need to replace these?

I have raised the window enough to read the markings on the current window balancers. They are stamped 25 5 BSI PN 1 What does this mean? 2 Does it give me a sash weight limit? 3 Can I order balance replacements from you and what is the cost

Hi, Could you please confirm the part number? this appears to be a 28" series 395 channel balance, but it measures 28.5". Stamp indicates 27 1/2" 3 Caldwell DM. Can you please confirm length and appropriate option?

Hi, I need to replace this latch, Majestic co. told me it was IWC product, IWC said I have to contact their dealers, the dealers want cat # which I can't find. Trying everything possible to find this latch, the measurement screw to screw is 3 1/2. Thanks

Broken U for double hung window that open for cleaning. Looks like there is a ribbon in it. I don't know company, that we're here before me. I was going to send pic not sure how. In the u the metal piece is broken, not sure if I can pop it out to replace it.

The plastic part on the balancer that holds the spring broke on both sides of the window.It is a double hung window. The bottom window is14" in height The windows are a Barrier 3000 Series. Can you help? Thanks, Mike
