I have storm with no brand name. The glass inert that slides up and down has 2 spring loaded latches. One of them sprung loose and the spring with plastic catch escaped to parts unknown. Width of metal part is 1/2' and length is 9". Shoe depth is 1". Stamped marking says "8 D". Please advise on which part I should be ordering to replace this window balance. Thank you.
