I need a replacement clip that allows tilting inward for my window, which is a survivor 5600 Series clear glass grid style. Any suggestions where I could get one?

I've never seen a design like this before and not sure yet how to disassemble. The sashes sit in a vinyl tracks that fully conceal the spring and shoe. My window is a PGT. The glass is 19 1/2 x 51. The spring is 18 inches of metal when removed I think it's a 1827. So that would be 27 pounds of glass, but I can't weigh it because I can't remove it. These are window screen latches. The opening in the frame that they slide into is 7/8 an inch. Total length of the inset is an inch and 3/4. I am looking for hinges for PGT Series - 5440-5540 casement windows. we have multiple window sizes so at this point, we're just looking for a place where we can get the hinges bc when we bought the house, a lot of the hinges were rusted and we can't open the windows. thank you
