The crank handle on my window feels like it's getting striped out or skipping a rotation from time to time. The problem seems to be getting worse. I pulled the handle off and the splines seem to be ok. There is metal dust and appears to be coming from inside the peice in the pics. Hoping I can find ... (cont.)

I need to replace the mortise and locking handle for my sliding patio door. The handle measures 3 15/16 inches from the center of the hole centers. Door is 1 1/2 inches deep.

I need to replace these window parts for my american standard replacement double hung

The part has Truth 45251 stamped on it. The arm is 9" long when measured from the gear. It has Norco stamped oh the crank.

Looking for help with locating replacements for Block and Tackle Rods. The plastic holding the spring on the top has broken. In length the rod is about 28 1/4" It is a 1" shoe The string itself is 34" The plastic reads PAT #5.737.877 I don't see any other writing on the piece.
