Looking for replacement parts to get the window to work again please help

I need to replace a handle set on a Pella sliding glass door. You have a similar set available. It is part number 82-086. The lock lever on that set is offset though. It looks to be a very close match. Is it available with the lock lever centered?

we have a number of Kinco windows and i believe the balancers needs replacement as the windows will not remain open The tag on the window reads - Series: Mark40/50 AAMA/NWWDA 101/I.S. 2-97 H-R35-53x77 Which balancer and fittings do we need to fix what we have - the windows are now almost 25 years ... This part screws into the top of the window inside the channel. I guess it's a top sash guide, but I have no clue which one will work.
