Hey there, Attached are some photos of my warped closet track. I need some assistance identifying what track and rollers to get. Probably best to replace this rollers with a new track? Any assistance in the right direction is appreciated. Reese

The gear has stipped on the operator the name Truth and the model number 14D006 is stamped into the arm. The operator cover is non removable and the window bracket is attached to the arm with a rivet.

I'm not sure what I need to replace this part left and right. On one of the springs is Omega #6.3 33", US Pat 5232208. The other spring has a 3 on it. Pictures included.

Won't open just spins.

Is this the correct replacement part for this roller?

The plastic ends ar 15/16 inch wide at the widest part of the tabs. The metal track is 1/2 inch on the narrow side and 5/8 on the wide side. A rep asked me how thick is my shoe. It's a little less than a half inch. Thickness is .530 and the width is 1.209 and the sash height is 18 in.These windows are only about 12 years old I don't know why these shoes broke. One broke then the other one, together.Thanks for your help ... (cont.)

The numbers stamped on mine differ from that I saw in the video (https://www.swisco.com/videos/view35) which showed an actual window installation near the end (0:43).
