Hi there, one of our Pella architect series casement windows is missing the two receiver plates for the lock levers to click into. The part would be about 3" long. Can you please help?

I do have 4 windows that uses the same balance , I need the balance and also the other parts , the shoe and pins I did buy the "S795-34" but it turned out it is bigger the window frame. so I think I picked the wrong one, or wrong size. please advise.

Do you have the white plastic insert that goes on the to part or the window insert? It's the piece that the handle locks into in the closed position

Left latch has 10G on the back side, right latch has 9F. Hooks that hold the latch in place has 75 or .075 on them. Patent number on both left and right latch is 5,139,291.
