They are Marked 26 5 JO Caldwell and They are 1 inch depth across the bottom bracket by 27 long and a half inch wide Thank you

Really think I only need mortise lock replacement so would appreciate finding part #. I can't find any identifiers on the mortise. It's about 9 7/8 from top to bottom screw and about 9/16 width. Thanks

Channel Balances for Jeld Wen Hung windows

Went to clean my windows and click the little buttons to have the window tilt inwards to clean and something popped and went flying out. The bottom pieces that attach the stash balance to the window are both broken. Photos show the lower broken point and the piece on the window. Alsp the right guide is broken> photos show the broken right and good left.
