alumco aluminite screen door parts - corner screw that adjusts the sliding door wheels.

My client had this on her storm door but we can't get it to open. She is in fear that in case of an emergency she won't be able to get out the house in time. Can anybody please help by telling me what kind of lock and how to open the door? If it's broken I'll have to figure out how to take it add so ... (cont.)

Has number 2730 stamped on it with maybe an f 25 inches long 5/8 inch sides 1/2 inch where 2730 is stamped

I've attached some picture of what the existing hinge looks like. The building was probably built in the '60s. There's a plastic guide that is broken on a be side but I would assume the whole hinge would need to be replaced. On said guide there are some numbers that I'm just now seeing after I zoome ... I ordered the 15-192 on orders 2272882 and 2283840. Not only does the stone on the window not fit into the channel the metal between the two are different colors. It states amesbury hardware on the back and the inside handle has "B" labeled on the inside and the outside has an "A" on it.. It's also a keyless lock and the top to bottom screw holes are 4' apart with the lock hole an 1 1/4 from the bottom hole..

Weathershield Vision 2000 Slide-by Windows from a 1995 built project. Can not find replacement locks with only a hook.
