I need help finding a replacement window balance. I can't get the numbers to match up with any part.

Here is the inside, outside and part number of the door . I hope you have a keyed lock set that will work

I am trying to find replacements for these latches on aluminum windows. They are mostly broken. Metal substitutes would be great as the plastic breaks too easily. Thank you.

Looking for block and tackle balancers Double hung aluminum Outside frame: 51W x 37H

They are from a 2003 MI Home/Xact window 35" w by 35 1/4" h. the broken coil springs are 1/2" wide. My guess is part number 740 S190 but wanted your opinion. Thanks!

Hello, I have 2 s350 channel balances for my non-tilting sash windows. However, I noticed that the balance weights are not the same. One is a 2020, and the other is a 2030. This photo is of a gasket that seals the outer edge for the lower sash of aluminum Kinco windows from about 1993.
