Hi! Do you sell these small plastic sash clasps? The ones I have tried are too wide on the little part that fits against the window. As you can see from the photo, this little part can only be 1/4 inches wide. Otherwise I can't open the window. Thanks for your advice!

These are a wood clad double hung window. I am not sure of the manufacturer. If you are able to tell me what kind of balance these are, and if they are something you can get for us that would be great.

Main problem is stripped Handles. Two left two right .Hinge HG05 2008U is 7.25" x13" Roto is the brand I think . upper hinge 93/4" Arm 71/2" Need screws also.
