Hello, I have another window just like this one (this one is more accessible) that had come loose at the bottom slider/hinge on the bottom corner of the window. What part is it that I needs? It's rusrt and completely fell off Andy the window won't close right now.

The handle broke where it was attached and i believe i will need to replace the entire mechanism. I can not find any identification on the window.

I need 4 rollers to repair 2 sliding patio doors. The house was built in 1982 which I believe doors are original to house.

This guide snapped off and I'm trying to pick the right one. Also I watched the video to remove the window and I can secure the sash with the clip in the frame but I'm not getting how to remove the window.

The window is not staying up but the springs still seem good . please help find plastic part

This balancer looks like a 25" series 765 balance. There are some slight difference. What parts would I need to recreate this?

I just replaced a ripped screen on a garage door privacy screen door system. They use a hard (Plastic? Vinyl? PVC?) spline.
