Operating mechanism isn't cranking open/shut. Cranking arm is stamped Truth 14D499P. Trying to cross reference replacement parts. Phyllis

I'm looking for the correct size on a replacement tilt window latch. I believe I have a surface mounted option. I believe I need 2&11/16" length 3/8" thickness and either a 5/8" width or a 11/16" width. It's difficult to tell as it seems to be in between the two.

Can you identify this?

I have MI Home Products vinyl windows series 8500/8501 that were installed in 2001. Need to replace the trim pieces that snap into the accessories groove. Bottom piece seems more rounded (but could be weight and time). Sides and top pieces seem more flat.

Hello, looking for this particular foam core weather-strip 1/4" x 1/4" ish size.

Channel length is 25.5", stamp is BSI 25-5 PN, M&W (Not for sure), it is an extended balance and the windows weigh 24.4lbs. Order count of 8

I did not see any markings on the single coil balance, and don't see a matching pivot bar in your system to try and match it up. Just looking to replace the complete balance assembly and shoes.

If I measured correctly, the length of the channel is 25 5/8 inches long.I found the stamp of 25 2.I don't know the window manufacturer but the house was built in 2005.As of right now, I need 4.
