The two things on either side of the window that you use to unlock the window to pull it out-both are broken. I'm not sure what I need. The only thing I see on the window is the word, "Simonton".

Holds bottom of window into frame so we can slide up and down as well as the spring attaches to it as well

Im looking to see if you have 2 parts. The first I think you have - the tilt latch - I'm just not sure which one I would need. We have Alenco series 3753 windows from a 2009 home remodel and the tilt latch broke on one and is about to break on others. We need a replacement part asap since the window is being taped shut. Have had zero luck with any manufacturer leads (Alenco bought by Plygem owned by Cornerstone) and no luck ... (cont.)

I need these parts and if you can identify the window model from the sticker then I need the fuzzy seals and the rubber seal at the bottom of the window. Need two spiral window balance. The tip was red.

The key is stamped 28. Measures 3/16 (0.170) by 5/16 (.0344) by 1.25 inches
