Need two spiral window balance. The tip was red.

The key is stamped 28. Measures 3/16 (0.170) by 5/16 (.0344) by 1.25 inches

One of the plastic pieces on my window is broken and the window won't close. I sent a picture of the one that works as well.

The part that the handle goes into is broken and we would need to replace. We think this could be 11 series awning as the 12" across is close to our measurements as well as the opening of 6". This window is approximately 27 years old

3/4" wide x 4.5" high

These were broken on several windows when I bought my house, and no local hardware store seems to have this exact part. Underneath, I can see "60" and "13L" stamped on the latches.

Do you have something like this? Also need 5/8" x 19" tilt spiral balances but with a white tip. Sorry about the condition of the unit.

This piece has broken off the Andersen casement interior bracket. Can you please let us know if this can be replaced or if it is part of a larger piece that we would need to replace the hole crank assembly? Thank you.
