Need off white replacement window latch. See pictures. 9/16" long, 1/2" wide opening top rail. Side 3/8" cutout. Appears to slide in from edge and lock into place. Thanks for your help in advance.

Hello, I am struggling to find these patio door rollers as I don't see any with a 2" tall housing on them and these don't have dimples. Any help would be great appreciated.

GA is stamped on window latch (probably General Aluminum). I am trying to replace 6 of these to make opening the sliding windows smoother. I'm handy and may try to fabricate a solution if you don't have anything that will fit. Thank you very much. Jeff

Hello, I'm looking to replace a balancer rod that is broken. I included the stamp that is on it. Do you carry this particular one? If additional photos are needed, I am happy to provide them. Also, does it make sense to replace both if only one is broken? Thanks! Beth

4 awning window crank openers need replacing. Installed 2005-2006 in a wet climate (Hawaii). They all have sticker: AP-C40 49x96. The plastic sliders that go in a channel on the bottom of the window all missing or damaged. I would also like info on lubrication/maintenance for the new cranks. Thanks, ... (cont.)

Hello:I have about 35 year old sliding windows that need replacement of the balance guides. Attaching the photos. They are 22 inch long, with the balance of 21 inch long. I found similar Caldwell Series 300 Channel Block and Tackle Window balance, but not sure if they have to be Stamp 21-1, 21-2, 21 ... (cont.)

The springs are still in good shape. I wad just wondering what part number I would need to replace the shoe. The metal collars are broken.

Hello, I know the pivot bars I need that match up to mine are 26-226. But I'm unsure what pivot locking shoe works with that. I know the shoe is 1/2" thick and 1 1/4 wide, about 2" tall. Thank you
