need balances full assembled for double hung with the double coil. can you please let me know if there is a full assembled part number. part number on the balance says Part #801020

The bottom connector is plastic and the part that hooks onto tha balance rod broke off making it inoperable The top has a screw that attaches to the window frame securing the nylon line at the top of the window. The balance is 30 inches long I have 24 windows so hoping you can help me finding replac ... (cont.)

Hello! My customer is in need of a new handle for his basement block window. Please see attached photo for reference.

The plastic caps to the sliding window locks have deteriorated over time and need replaced.

Anyone know that part on the frame that the door latches onto? I need to get it replaced

I'm looking for a balance replacement. This balance measures 23 inches long (metal only, end to end). It has the number 2230 stamped on it. The plastic at the top extends out about 3/4 of an inch. The metal frame is approximately 9/16 wide and 5/8 deep.

The handle to the sliding glass door broke. This house has Atherm windows and I'm assuming that the sliding glass door is the same. I cannot find a name on the handle or the door. I saw the replacement parts on your page and I'm just wondering if that would be a good fit. Thank you ... (cont.)

Do you carry these rollers? I do not know the door manufacturer.

I believe these are referred to as window sash vent stops although there doesn't seem any way to operate them. Missing one which creates a consistent draft at the window, unable to locate a replacement. The hole they fit in is 1 1/16" x 5/16".

Need replacement seals for bottom of this double door ten foot tall and each side 36 wide
