On my tilt type vinyl window, there is a piece on each side that connects the rope to the spring. The spring is connected to the tilt lock guide shoe which connects to the window itself. on both sides, the spring-to-rope piece is broken where it would attach to the spring. i could send a photo but ... Can't find this part anywhere, the adjustment screw is at the top, unlike most others. I bought hardware that said it was "standard" (LOL) and it fits the door except the holes don't line up and the adjustment screw is opposite. Photos attached.

I am thinking they are the 380 or 385 but not sure how to measure the difference. The balance measures 30" long. They are going in heavy single pane hurricane windows in FL. Thank you for your help!Adam
