I have been repairing windows for my mother-in-law. I have been using S-900 29 inch spiral balances and 15-045 3/8 inch pivot shoes. Can you assist in identifying the correct window post?

Older milgard casement window crank assembly 03/02/01 stamped on crannk gear mechanism, truth stamped on arm, 31876 stanped on the other arm

I'm not sure if this will work, these are Anderson windows, we want to replace with the flat folding cranks.

I am looking for the pulley system that is used to help hold the window when open. The window can be swung out to be cleaned. Please see the picture of the broken assembly.
