Window crank male 1/4 fitting

Both coil springs on my Simonton window snapped. I can't find a number of the coil and assembly, but I've added some photos, including the model of the window. Do you have these replacements?

I cannot find a replacement for this Truth with 6" arms on Swisco site but am sure that you would carry or can order this item. Could you please help me to identify it? Thank you, George

#7 is stamped on the balance spring from the single hung window. The unit is 1 1/2" wide x 2 1/2" high overall (to outside of prongs) x 1/2" deep. Once identified, we'd like to order 3 pairs.

Sliding window lock for a Traco Window unit. Distance between screw holes is 1 and 7/16ths of an inch. Assembly is 2 inches long by .25 in wide and .25 in high. Images show a broken assembly -- rotating lock part is normally held in position by unit when secured to the frame
