Cannot open right side of Atrium door and want to buy replacement in case we damage it while attempting to fix it. Need to identify where to buy correct parts

I have a customer that wants me to find the complete set of replacement hardware for these doors. All I have to work with are these 3 pictures. Can you identify the hardware without things taken apart?

I need three parts total. The left coil spring is broke took picture of right intacted. The I need the two spring loaded parts on top of the sash that you retract to pull the top of the tip out. This plastic is to release the balances from the sash.

I need to replace the spiral balance, the plastic part and the tool to adjust the spiral balance.

I am looking for the aforementioned "strips" to replace all my worn one on the Milgard windows. I am unsure the exact term for them, and would greatly appreciate it if you could help. TY.
