white crank, for casement windows. 2 right hand cranks and a 1 left handed crank. Long straight arm has markings "41012" and the hinged arm has markings "31876"

I was told I have custom balances.

Window weight is 17.6 pounds. The part does not have any numbers Need two window bouncers are left and a right for bottom window. The size of the window is 28 x 32 1/4 no name on the window.

I need help with fixing my window balances. I contacted Muhler Inc and they referred me to Swisco. I purchased a 795 series 28-C with a 15-194 T Lock balanced closed. Everything fits well except the T Lock. The T Lock is too thick and will not fit into the existing channel in my window. I am h ... (cont.)
