I'm looking for a replacement for the door seal shown in the attached pics. The existing seal measures 1.5" wide and recesses into the bottom of the door approximately .5". The fins extend .5" beyond there (total height 1"). It's held in place with 5 screws form below. See one of the screw holes i ... (cont.)

Not sure the window manufacturer and looking at it, I think the right part is Vinyl Glazing Bead, 71" 55-216 The only issue is the curved nature of the part that goes in the window...not sure if it supposed to be curved or that i the result of the 20 years of heat :). Any thoughts? ... (cont.)

This spring arm balances or holds up the window when in the open position. There is one on each side of the window and I have a broken spring in one of my windows that needs to be replaced. I am looking for this part (don't know its name) black plastic stop mounted on/in side rail of window. I beleive in engages with the balancer. toal length 1 1/8", 5/8" wide, 1/2" deep, top is 1/2" X 3/4"
