I am having a problem finding the correct size.

There are two rollers assemblies on the bottom (see pictures). It appears two are missing on the top too (see pictures).How do I remore the two that are on the door and how do I assemble the new rollers?Do I need 4 rollers?And is this the correct part number 84-139 to order (see pictures)?Thank you ... My landlord has tried to fix this lock twice, but it still doesn't work. I can get it to latch, but if you barely pull on it the door opens. When it is engaged the switch on the door doesn't fully go to the locked position. It looks like this wasn't the original latch. The distance between screws is ... (cont.)

Need help finding replacement parts

The piece we use to push out and pull in this shower window has rusted off from the piece attached to the window. How can I fix this?

Window isn't catching the balance in the right level, I think I need to replace one of the top guide. This window is using 30" Series 380 Channel Balance 2930. Can you tell me which one I need?

I need help finding these latch replacements.

This is the style on all my windows...I can get the exact measurment of the arm...the end has the circular head that slides in the track across the bottom of the window. I can get the left to right and width dimensions of the handle base to confirm that. Was hoping you could narrow down my choices a ... (cont.)

My windows were installed in 1935. There is a stamp that says GETTY - PHILA PA - PATENT PENDING. The arm is 10" from the center of the crank to the button near the end. The screw holes (that go through the frame of the window) are 4" apart. I may also need to replace the track.

I have looked for this lock on the Andersen site. I found one similar, but not exact. The one I have, the sides are straight. The one I found on their site, the sides are slanted. Please help me find the right one.

There is no names, no marking, and no logos. I do know that the windows are 400 series tilt wash double hung. I want to get the same ones so I am less likely to break the windows putting the replacements in.
