Hi. Need to replace this handle. Part number is 2108 but there's no identification as to the manufaturer of the handle, it's mechanism, or window. The base where it connects needs to be 1/2 inches wide.

I'm looking for some pivot shoes to replace some where the tabs that hold the coil have broken. I could also use a couple of coils. Was able to finally disassemble window to find two broken springs. No wonder it was so hard to open. The only markings on the spring are N5 30. Do you make replacement springs for this? Thank you.
