The handle has a black colored hard vinyl insert normally has a hexagonal bore that fits to the turning stud. In my case as you can see,the hexagonal hole is now circular from wear. First the adjustment screw is on the top as opposed to the bottom. The outer housing measures 2 1/8 but the inner housing extends 5/16 past the outer housing measuring a total of 2 7/16. The height of housing is 1 3/16. The thickness is 3/4. And wheel is steel concave 1 1/4. Everything in inche ... (cont.)

Do you sell a release latch like this. This is also from a Feldco window.

Some of my home windows will no longer stay up by themselves due to these coil balance parts breaking. I can not find I local company that can do repairs. Any help in identifying these parts so I can order replacements and hopefully fix it myself would be greatly appreciated.

I think I need two of the 30 lbs Series 210 Roller-Tilt .880, Triple. Are they the same one pictured. Do they use the 16-030 clear bracket. Also what is the best way to replace them. Is there an instructional video.
