I can't pull my window up. Taking the window off, it looks like the pivot bar on one side is broken. I couldn't see the pivot bar on the other side either so I don't know if there was any. I'm looking to replace the whole thing so I would like some suggestions regarding replacement parts. ... (cont.)

I need right and left coil balance spring and shoe for wintech DH_R40 vinyl window

Part is a plastic guide at the top of the sliding glass door that prevents it from rattling. Doors are from the 80's I believe. Not sure of the brand of the doors. Measures 1.5" x .5"

Hello, are you able to help identify correct pivot shoes for these windows? They appear to only have a 1/4" diameter which seems thinner than what is available on your website.

Hello, I have a single hung Jeld Wen window. The balance shows 22 , not sure if that is related to length as I measured 23 inches, that was just the metal channel. I forgot to weigh the sash, this window is heavy, not a standard pane next thickness up from standard. I think it might weigh around 2 ... (cont.)

There's no numbers on hardware the spring rod has a screw on top and a plastic tip the twisted rod is one solid piece the plastic piece and the connect together the plastic is a cover for them I am assuming to keep together and straight
