Looking for replacement part for this window sash balance.

I have multiple Milgard casement windows (34" x 46" and 34" x 58") with cranks on the right side and left side that need replacement. These are ~22 year old windows.

Look for new roller setup for sliding glass door. It is a pretty old door See attached pictures. I can take any measurements. Also looking to see if thee is any option for a dual roller instead of single. It will fit in the bottom of the frame

Do you have a replacement for the latch part of the balcony door handle? The distance between the screws is 17 inch.

Hello Swisco, I have 2 broken block and tackle type balances. The only identification is a stamp of 2430X on each one, no etched brand on the windows. They are 5/8 x 25". We have a Pella Proline sliding glass door from May 2005 that needs new seals. Attached are pictures. The seal that attaches to the door itself is Kerf style I believe and flat on the door but has a piece that sticks out an eighth or quarter inch off the door.

Do you have this pivot bar? If not, Can you identify the brand? Thank you

Hello. I am purchasing an 11 inch multi-point mortisse lock for our patio door, but the exterior handle needs to be replaced too. It needs a lock. We slide the door open to our left.

I need help finding the attached clips for my screens. They appear to clip into holes on the screen, but all are brittle and broken.

Have 3 windows. They have spiral balances in them which I have not installed before. They are in a private residence I am working on. Cannot find this part number in the listings and not sure if the 30 implies weight. I think the end piece should match the other side and the tab pieces may have snapped off.

I could not find the 2740 on the website and was wondering if the number had changed. I don't have a way to weigh the window so I'm not quite sure and was hoped that the weight was intrinsically built into this 2740 number

Interior slider fell down while replacing the screen and a chunk of plastic/vinyl is missing from the interior side of the window (see picture).
