These parts are for soft lite 28 1/2 x 26 3/4 from 2003. I don't know what weight the spring is rated for. No numbers on the spring.

Will a 39-375 handle work as a replacement for the current fixed operator handle?

I purchased 4 pivot shoes, they are too wide for track. Please advise correct pn. Track is 1.0 wide x .375 thick with open slot rotating catch. Window glaze trim needs replacement, please advise pn. I need some channel balances for this unit. The windows are from Florida Extruders International They are the Milestone Single Hung Series 1000. The channel is 29" long and 1/2" wide. Do you have these? The balance is 26" long the shoe is an 1" wide. The jamb it fits into is an 1-1/4" I need 18 of each.

Morning, the patio door lock was not working, I pulled it apart and its looks like the lock spindle has snapped in half. I cannot find any markings on the lock or the door to identify it, the lock is a Multi-Point Mortise Lock if that helps.
