I need to replace several coil balance springs on my Simonton windows, they are from 2005, I believe. I can't see a part number on it, but it looks like there are 3 coils inside the cover. Hi there. Emailing from UK. Can you help. I have UPVC sash windows. They've been in for around 15yrs. All measurements match the VE Anderson crank except my arm is straight and the VE Anderson has a bend.

Are these top rail guides? One broke and the window fell out. If not, what are they and can I order 1 for the right side?

I have simonton double hung windows. How do you know when you need to replace the pivot bar? If I do need to replace it, could you identify which part I need to get? Thank you!
