Metal channel is 32 5/8 long Stamp says 32-5 Milgard...likely in 2004 (when the home was built) 16 balances (8 windows...all the same size) I weighed one of the windows...they should be all the same: 27 pounds

The attached pictures show the locks I have now. I'm changing to white. I ordered 38-097 and 38-098 but they don't lock the same. Do I need different locks or different keeps?

Our window handle op05-7810 will not stay put, falls put of the mechanism. What do you suggest? Josh

I have 2 windows that won't crank open. The window dimension is 32 x 44. One crank part has a number 30744D. One of the rails has number 40942. I've attached some pics.

I need a block and tackle window balance, quantity 2, to replace broken ones for my non-tilt double pane window. Stamping on the balance is "26 4 GS CALDWELL". The metal part measures 27". Pictures above. Can you quote me replacements.Thanks,James

Hi, I'm trying to replace an inside balcony door handle that accommodates a latch. The spacing between the two raised screw holders, from center to center, seems to be 5-7/16". One of the raised screw holders broke, as can be seen in an included image. The only marking I can find is the text "Made ... (cont.)

I have Larson Impact Windows. The balancers above are for my smaller windows. The metal channel measures 30", and the overall length is 31". The markings stamped are ( 29-12 JM5 CMC 1 )The channel is 1/2" wide
