I am looking for these two items. One is a tilt latch and the other is a screen clip. I think the screen clips are the 70-208. But I'm stumped by the Andersen parts. We had a window company come out to look at why our single hung 610 series window is hard to open and close. He stated our balancers need replaced. So I called the warranty company, ROMAC, and they ordered them from the window manufacturer, CWS. CWS stated they done carry these "8 lb coil balance ... (cont.)

I need help identifying my sliding glass door

We think these are Amsco windows, not sure of age. The part number on the back is 10R-4. It measures 2-3/4" wide, the screw holes are 2-1/4" apart. The color is taupe.

On the bottom, there is a 75, 7E and a Pat.#5,139,291 The windows sash lock has ComfortWorld written on it. Help, I am not able to find a replacement Tilt Latch for my windows. Thank you for any help you can provide. Jack H

The metal balancer is stamped with "2020". The length of the metal portion of the balancer is 21". The u-shaped balancer dimensions are 5/8" in depth (height) and 1/2" in width. Series 6820 SGD SGD-R20-96 X 96 . IWC is stamped on interior handle . Has a exterior lock . Door is 1" thick. Screws are 3 15/16 center. Is the interior handle is cracked and bending, is this part available? Or the whole system? Thanks Bruce
