Series 6820 SGD SGD-R20-96 X 96 . IWC is stamped on interior handle . Has a exterior lock . Door is 1" thick. Screws are 3 15/16 center. Is the interior handle is cracked and bending, is this part available? Or the whole system? Thanks Bruce

Greetings, I have a 16 inside pull standard inslide lock on my sliding glass door. The hook that goes into the latch is not deep enough into the door to latch. As yom may see from the photo, the hook (tab, latch) does not extend into the hole barely at all. Is there a part I need to buy that ext ... (cont.)
